Directions
- Begin wrapping desired area overlapping previous layer by one-third to one-half of it's width. Smooth after each turn. If the wrap feels uncomfortable, remove and re-wrap.
- DO NOT WRAP TOO TIGHTLY.
- To secure, stretch the end of the wrap and firmly press the hook and loop closure.
